  • Interviews: 30–60 minutes

• Preparation: Usually none. If required, you’ll be informed.

Flexibility & feedback

• Skipping: All invitations are optional—decline anytime.

• Leaving early: If you must leave, let support know. Partial compensation or rescheduling may be possible.

• Frequency: Invitations depend on how closely your profile matches the project.

• Client visibility: Sometimes the client’s identity can be disclosed, other times it remains confidential.

• Feedback: Critical or negative opinions are welcome—there are no right or wrong answers.
