  • Check spam/junk folders and whitelist “@norstat.network”.

  • Interrupted survey: Most can be resumed if the link is active.

  • Ongoing issues: Contact support for help or alternatives.


Profile management

  • Update job title, company, or contact details via support/email.

  • Keeping your profile current helps ensure relevant matches.


Unsubscribing

  • Opt-out anytime via the unsubscribe link in emails or by contacting support.

  • Once unsubscribed, you won’t get invitations—but you may rejoin later.

  • Reply to any Norstat email or use the website’s contact form.

  • Response time: typically within a few business days.


Devices & setup

  • Many surveys are mobile-friendly.

  • For interviews, use a quiet room, desktop/laptop, webcam, and headset.

  • If you miss a scheduled session, notify support to reschedule.
